Dina's Dwellings Nears Full Financing
New Jersey HMFA awarded Dina's Dwellings $2.3 million from the Community Block Development Grant - Disaster Relief funds. This funding will allow us to take the next steps in our housing project
New Brunswick City Council awarded $604,358 of HOME funds to Dina's Dwellings in June to help create 10 supportive needs housing units for victims of domestic violence. The units will be constructed in a portion of the First Reformed Church at 9 Bayard St. Additional funding will be provided by NJHMFA.
Thank you to New Brunswick City Council and New Jersey Housing Mortgage Finance Agency for your support!
