#TheManStand

take a stand against domestic violence

#TheManStand is one of the most powerful moments of Being Brave: An Evening Honoring Survivors, where the stage fills with men who pledge to take a stand against domestic violence in their own lives and communities. Ending the cycle of domestic violence takes a village, and men play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

If you or your organization would like to participate in this year's #TheManStand (either in person or virtually via a video submission), please see the information and instructions below.

First, answer this question:

How would you or your organization prefer to participate in #TheManStand?

IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION

It is a powerful and moving sight to see a stage full of men standing against domestic violence. Your physical presence at Being Brave and participation in #TheManStand send a strong message to survivors that you not only stand against domestic violence, but you stand with them in solidarity and support.

We encourage you to purchase a ticket and attend Being Brave on November 1st, where you'll be invited to come up on stage during #TheManStand segment while our presenter speaks about the importance of being an ally. You will not be asked to speak, though if you would like to also record a video message to be played at the event, you are welcome to do so.
